Getting up early and doing all my PCP in the mornings during this last week - and 8 min abs and yoga or swimming or racket sports in the evening when energy levels allow for it. Off for a swim now. Toodle pip!
Oh dear.. Don't push urself too hard Mark ;-) we still have four days of supersets left... Aiyaaaa! Rock on!
